Work commenced on this 10,000 sq ft contemporary bespoke architectural new build in July 2014 and was handed over to the Client 12 months later. The house consists of a lift servicing 4 storey’s with leisure facilities housed in the basement area.
Excavation depths of 6 metres using reinforced waterproof concrete retaining walls carrying 20 year warranty’s was used.
Diversity of products used during this build include – natural slate stonework, external render, aluminium triple glaze windows to passive standard, external urban front doors, composite insulated roof makeup with zinc cladding all added to the complexity of the build.
